It’s dawning on you there may be a larger audience who would benefit from your knowledge. You’re just beginning to hit your stride. Writing a book is too daunting. The speaking circuit isn’t quite right, either. What else can you do?
One easy answer is a tips booklet. Create a tips booklet from those discoveries you’ve made — with your family, your work, your personal interests, your trials, and your victories. You can make a huge contribution to someone else’s life by passing along your first-hand wisdom, in bite-sized pieces. It will definitely take you less time, money, and stress to write a booklet than an entire book. Plus you’ll become an instant author.
Your everyday solutions may have seemed like common sense at the time. And for you, it was. With some distance and further evaluation, you now see what was common sense to you isn’t necessarily common sense to someone else.

Dog Worms — Dont Let Them Get Started

There may be no warning before dog worms strike.
It was about two AM, when beneath our bed the new puppy we’d brought home from the pound just a month earlier began screaming.
Not yipping or whining — this was the kind of agonized screams that’ll stand your hair up on end. Our cute, playful new puppy was being eaten alive from inside.
He had worms, even though he’d received all the right shots just a few weeks before.
Now he was dying, right there under our bed, and we weren’t able to save him. The worms were just too advanced.
He had been a happy little guy, playful and filled with fun. So that night — and those screams — have stayed with me a very long time.
An experience like that will change your attitude fast. It sure changed mine. Up till then I’d been a bit cavalier about health care for my pets.
However, dog worms are serious business. They need to be treated as soon as possible. And even if you’re not sure, get your dog tested anyway, just to be safe. Being safe is far better than listening helplessly to your dog die in the night.
Telepathic Communication With Animals

Animal Communication, or telepathy with animals, is as common an occurrence in some people’s lives as it is an oddity in the lives of others. Telepathy is an energetic exchange between two sentient beings for the purpose of communication. Combined with body language and sometimes vocalizations, animals use this form of communication among themselves and even across species.
Only humans in Western Civilization in the last 2500 years have rejected this form of communication. Indigenous peoples all over the planet consider messages from animal guides a natural part of life, and shamans or medicine men and women, rely on their animal helpers in their spiritual service to their communities.
Native peoples around the world consider themselves part of the “web of life”. This web includes the subtle energetic pathways that allow for intuitive and psychic energy exchanges. This includes our auric field and the subtle energetic pathways known as meridians, as well as the ley lines of the Earth, who is thought of universally as our Mother, a part of us and of whom we are all a part.

Whether you’re writing e-mail messages or Web site sales letters, you need to know how to hold the attention of different types of readers. Even the readers that don’t actually “read.”
Most readers will either scan, skim, or both, especially when reading online or when reading long pieces. Optimizing the writing on your site for those who scan and those who skim isn’t extremely difficult, but it does require an attention to detail.
First, let’s take a look at what these terms mean. Scanning–involves looking for particular elements, such as headlines, subheadings, and text that is highlighted, bold-faced, or otherwise emphasized. Scanners read only the elements that “stick out,” their eyes moving from one attention-grabbing word or phrase to another.
Skimming–involves looking over the entire page but only superficially, like a speed-reader. Skimmers may see the same elements that scanners do, but they don’t focus that much on anything specific for very long. They glance over all of it, just trying to get the basic idea. Most readers do a combination of scanning and skimming. They might scan a page and find a headline that grabs their attention, then skim the paragraph beneath it. Only when they find something really interesting will they go back and read.

And allow my people to hear my hallowed voice,
And roll out the charade, put on the facade,
And even make believe they have a choice,
Next time around the crown, will be trampled underground,
House of Lords and Lord Chancellor history,
With the other Chancellor gone, I alone will soldier on,
Yes, then there will only ever be me,
Ill hold elections for you, as all dictators do,
And fill positions with those that grease my palm,
As for civil unrest, there is always house arrest,
Or secret imprisonment for those that mean me harm.

A Brief History Of Reverse Painting On Glass

Reverse painting on glass has been a form of art expression since extremely ancient times. It is difficult to precisely date a number of much more ancient artworks.
Art history has revealed that painting on glass became quite fashionable in Italy during the Renaissance. Italian paintings on glass during the 14th and 15th centuries were associated with Venice and with the Island of Murano. These paintings were primarily miniatures which later began to be utilised as alters and reliquaries in churches. Gradually a more artisanal approach began to develop in which artists copied well-liked landscapes or painted portraits and biblical representations.
By the 17th century painting on glass had spread to Austria and the characteristics of this work now began to be influenced by a more popular form of art which also led to the development of small family industries of painters on glass.
In Europe the reverse painting technique had by this time reached as far north as Poland.In those times glass-making was carried out by methods that gave glass a very characteristic appearance due to the glass being blown and not poured.There existed certain problems in creating high enough temperatures which allowed for the successful fusion of chemicals that were used, and which consequently permitted identification of paintings on glass from a much earlier era.

According to recent statistics, an astounding 65% of all U.S. household have at least one pet, and in many of these homes, their pets are considered part of the family. With so many homes containing pets, it is no wonder that so many laws have been created to protect our pets. Agencies that might not have existed just a decade ago, like the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (S.P.C.A), are now the dominating force in the war against animal cruelty.
But, a lot of responsibility still lies with the pet owners when it comes to ensuring that their pets are safe and secure. Making sure a pet is safe and secure also includes taking the steps needed for their safe return if they are ever become lost. Each year more than a million pets are reported lost to shelter agencies around the nation, and a large majority of these pets are never returned because of lack of any identification, or up-to-date contact information for the owners.

Relaxing in your canoe on a beautiful calm lake, fishing for the perfect fish is a very enjoyable and peaceful pastime that is enjoyed by many. Or maybe taking your kayak down a white water river braving class four rapids is more your style? Inflatable boats or Zodiacs are a lot of fun cruising in the ocean, slamming through the surf as well!
No matter what your personal preference is, enjoying small boats on the water is a lot of fun and can be exciting and relaxing all in one trip, depending on what you prefer. But no matter what type of boating you enjoy, you should be aware of some fundamental boating safety rules before you head out.

How to Compose Using ABA Form

ABA form is like a musical sandwich. You have the 2 slices of bread with the contrasting meat and cheese on the inside. Instead of bread and meat, you use musical materials. Perhaps an 8-bar phrase for the A section followed by a 4 or 8-bar phrase for the B section. A nice little musical sandwich.
A piece of music made from ABA form can last anywhere from 45 seconds to 5-6 minutes or longer DEPENDING ON HOW THE COMPOSER UTILIZES THE TOOLS OF REPETITION AND CONTRAST!
For example, I can take an 8-bar phrase, repeat that twice, play another 8 bars for the B section, then back to the A section again for another repeat (with variations of course). Now, how long will that last? It depends on tempo or how fast the piece moves through time. Most small ABA sections don’t last longer than 2-3 minutes. Why? Because if they were repeated for longer periods of time, the music would become dull and repetitious.
BUT, if we create another section of music - the C section, it provides the relief the ear is searching for and we can then repeat the entire thing again so the form would look like this: ABACABA. This form extends ABA and provides the necessary contrast to create longer pieces.
